MISSION TWO
Refurbish ISS

In 2030, the ISS (International Space Station) will reach the end of its life.

At present, NASA has scheduled the disintegration of the station, making it re-enter low Earth orbit (LEO) and has assigned SpaceX the task of carrying out this operation.

We at SpaceY think that one or more modules of the ISS (the most recent ones), can be recovered by disconnecting them from the space station and reusing them as lunar modules for a first private Italian space station.

The operation will be possible through our Space Spider (see rendering) which is in the design phase and which will literally hook the modules and lead them softly onto the lunar soil.
